Booking   Policy

We are delighted to welcome you to A&A Apartments! 

To ensure a smooth and transparent reservation process, please take a moment to read through our booking policy:

The minimum stay is 2 nights (this may vary during high season).

Once you select your apartment and submit your booking request, you will receive a preliminary confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. Your booking will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Payment methods

Bank transfer (details will be provided upon booking).

Other payment options may be available – please enquire.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, either in cash or by other agreed methods.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before your arrival date – your deposit will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to assist.
